What can I say, as far as I'm concerned Ellie Krieger could not put out a bad cookbook, I think she's very underrated and doesn't get near the PR in exposure that some of these other primetime divas are getting, not being sexist, male and female diva or chef of the month I call them.Ellie gives so much good sound advice, offer so many diverse recipes, that are still very wholesome and good for you, and yet never lack in the taste apartment. Hers is one cookbook I can almost start at the front and cook every single recipe, and I might find one or two with maybe a flavoring I don't care for and I change that to my liking.

Great book for simple healthy recipes.
I love Ellie's approach to cooking. One of my favorites.
I did not order this . I was just looking and suddenly I got automatically charged on my posted credit card[which I have since removed]. It wasn;t worth the effort to return. I am not happy with what happened though.
I was a little surprised that this was just a recipe sampler - not actually a book. There were not that many recipes. If it was in the description I did not see it. I was also surprised that it seemed to rely on a lot of prepared grocery items like tortellini to make the dish. Not bad, just underwhelming.
Love Elle, but there wasn't very many recipes in this book and the recipes in here were not appealing to me as her other recipes are, but they were simple and easy to make. I wish Elle was still on Food Network.
I bought this book for the vegetarian recipes, which were great. My family especially liked the veggie hummus wrap. I also liked the broccoli capstone, but personally, if leave out the mozzarella cheese as you cannot taste it and it will save you 80 calories. Great book.
I would love to see a book that came out that gave some creative ways to eat vegetarian. Ellie Krieger always does a fine job of making recipes good healthy options, and this book is no less. Just that I was hoping for a little more creativity.
